In 1985 Charlie Towers decided to take his passion of sign design and painting from a hobby and make it his fulltime business. Charlie started his craft in the back shop of his father's business where he hand-painted signs and pinstriped cars as a hobby. While doing this part-time job he was also a full time employee of O.A.
