Scratches, nicks, color inconsistencies, and other imperfections are not considered a defect, but give our products a "one-of-a-kind" look.
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order is not what was expected, or to your satisfactory level.
You have 30 days from purchase to return/fix a product.
We do not allow returns on custom-made items that were of no fault of Scribblin' Sisters, such as misspellings or the error of the customer, PLEASE check your order over carefully before placing.
