The Agreement Documents form the Agreement for work performed by APT hereunder.
The Agreement Documents represent the entire and integrated Agreement between the parties hereto and supersede prior negotiations, representations or contracts, either oral or written.
The Agreement Documents may be amended or modified only by a Modification.
The Agreement Documents shall not be construed to create a contractual relationship of any kind (1) between APT and the Manufacturer or Supplier/Distributor; (2) between the Customer and a Sub-Contractor or Sub-Sub-Contractor; (3) between the Customer and the Manufacturer or Supplier/Distributor; or (4) between any person or entity other than APT and Customer.
