RU2 Systems started in 1998 in a garage over a few good beers by some guys with radar trailer design and manufacturing expertise.
Their objective was to make an affordable, reliable and easy-to-maintain radar trailer for law enforcement.
The first production article became the RU2 Fast-1000, which the company successfully marketed to several law enforcement agencies.
Within ten years, RU2's design, development and manufacturing activities expanded into a product line of seven radar trailer models and an array of pole mounted radar speed feedback signs, marketed in both the US and overseas.
