If the bid is accepted, we require a 50% deposit as well as any art files, Pantone colors, or other aides you'd like us to have.
Number of colors we need to match (you can provide examples or we use the Pantone coated book for reference).
Detail is more of an issue than size.
We estimate our time for painting, design, construction, and how many colors we need to match.
We then figure in material costs and travel if we're working on location.
